Is there a setup fee?
No. Ever. What you see is what you pay. Monthly plans renew monthly, yearly plans renew annually.
What about LLM costs?
LLM API usage is billed directly by your provider (Anthropic, OpenRouter, etc.) — not through us. You control your spend completely. Typical usage runs $5–50/mo depending on how much you chat.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades apply instantly; Stripe prorates the difference automatically. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Do you offer refunds?
14-day pro-rated refund on first signup, no questions asked. After that, we prorate any unused time on cancellation.
What payment methods?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link supported. Invoice billing available for Enterprise.
